“It’s been four years and there never has been a day when I’ve asked myself why I am doing this,” Somy says, sitting in her office in Florida, a huge photograph of Mahatma Gandhi providing the backdrop. “You get to go to sleep knowing you have saved a life. It is a high unlike no other. In a way, what I am doing is extremely selfish.”
